Beautiful but Incomplete

We received our set without instructions and a missing piece. It’s beautiful once we figured out how to assemble but there has been no response from customer service about the wooden bar that is missing from the set.

Best pikler triangle set

After weeks of reviewing pikler triangle sets, I chose this one. The shipping was fast, and assembly was pretty straightforward. I had to add some toothpicks to a few pre-drilled screw holes to prevent the screws from spinning freely, but the overall quality is excellent. We've had it set up for a week, and my 11-month-old son adores it. His favorite part is the slide, but he also enjoys lounging in the arch.
